On November 14, the promotion conference for the “Hebei Youth Star” campaign to identify and commend outstanding young people in the new era was held in Shijiazhuang. Eight of our company’s young employees—Feng Rui, He Yazhuo, Ji Rongxin, Liu Shaoqian, Wu Lei, Zhang Hongchang, Qu Benyue, and Zhang Shuo—were selected for the “Hebei Youth Star” title. At the conference, Zhao Yide, Deputy Secretary of the Hebei Provincial Party Committee, emphasized the need to thoroughly study and implement Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, earnestly study and implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee, fully carry out the decisions and arrangements of the CPC Central Committee and the Hebei Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government, and use the inspiring power of role models to guide the broad ranks of young people in making contributions in the new era.

Zhao Yide, on behalf of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government as well as Secretary Wang Dongfeng and Governor Xu Qin, extended congratulations to the recipients of the “Hebei Youth Star” award. After commending the achievements of the selection and promotion work, he emphasized that youth organizations at all levels and the broad ranks of young people must keep firmly in mind General Secretary Xi Jinping’s earnest instructions, regard studying and implementing the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee as their top priority at present, and pursue their dreams and make new contributions in the new era with a strong sense of political responsibility and historical mission. They should steadfastly uphold their ideals and convictions, strengthening their faith through a profound understanding of the Party’s innovative theories, in-depth study of the Party’s glorious history, and a comprehensive appreciation of the great achievements made by the Party and the country; integrate their personal aspirations into the greater interests of the motherland and the people; and firmly steer their lives in the right direction. They should be committed to hard work and continuous self-improvement, stepping up to the plate and taking concrete action in advancing the modernization of China’s governance system and governance capacity, implementing the Provincial Party Committee’s “3-6-8-9” work framework, and promoting innovation-driven, green, and high-quality development, striving to deliver extraordinary results in ordinary posts. They should study diligently, think critically, and act conscientiously—enhancing their overall quality through diligent study, honing their capabilities through practical experience, and tempering their willpower by undertaking urgent, difficult, dangerous, and arduous tasks. They should also cultivate noble moral character and conduct, drawing moral nourishment from the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation, emulating the moral exemplars set by heroes and role models of our times, and elevating their own moral standards through self-reflection, thereby vigorously promoting positive social norms.

Zhao Yide emphasized that all localities and departments must earnestly implement the Hebei Province Medium- and Long-Term Youth Development Plan (2018–2025), identify and promote outstanding role models, publicize exemplary deeds, build distinctive youth brands, and continuously inspire the broad youth population to embrace their mission with courage and dedication.

The meeting was held via videoconference, during which the list of recipients of the “Hebei Youth Star” award was announced, and honorary certificates and badges were presented to the selected representatives.
