Recently, Zhang Hui, Vice President of Shijiazhuang Institute of Science and Technology and Director of the Department of Pharmaceutical Engineering, led a delegation to Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group to carry out a targeted enterprise visit and job-expansion initiative aimed at boosting employment.
Recently, Zhang Hui, Vice President of Shijiazhuang Vocational College of Science and Technology and Director of the Department of Pharmaceutical Engineering, led a delegation to Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group to carry out a targeted enterprise visit and job-expansion initiative aimed at boosting employment.
Vice President Zhang Hui and her delegation conducted on-site visits to the Group’s exhibition hall and production workshops, listened in detail to briefings from the heads of the Group’s First Manufacturing Center, Strategic Development Center, and Human Resources Center on the company’s innovation-driven development, gained a firsthand understanding of the Group’s advanced development philosophy and robust industrial innovation capabilities as a leading domestic pharmaceutical enterprise, and obtained an in-depth insight into the enterprise’s demand for skilled personnel in various positions.
During the exchange, Vice Dean Zhang Hui provided an overview of the School of Pharmaceutical Engineering’s program development, curriculum structure, hands-on teaching initiatives, and graduate outcomes. She emphasized that deepening university–enterprise collaboration and promoting joint talent cultivation are essential pathways for enhancing the quality of applied talent development. She expressed her hope that both parties will focus on core areas such as talent training and student internships and employment, engage in pragmatic cooperation, and achieve a precise match between the school’s talent supply and the job market’s demand.
Relevant HR officials from the Group outlined the Group’s development strategy, core products, and market strengths, and engaged in in-depth discussions on establishing targeted collaborations with the college, joint talent development initiatives, and internship and practical training programs, all under the theme of “using education to drive industry and using industry to support education.”
The Group’s Head of Human Resources stated that the next step will be to further deepen pragmatic cooperation with educational institutions, broaden talent recruitment and development channels, and, while building a pool of high-quality talent to support the company’s high-quality development, actively fulfill corporate social responsibility and help college graduates achieve fuller employment.
