Recently, the 2024 Cangzhou City Special Session on “Communication and Exchange” for Senior Professional Managers, hosted by the Hebei Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology and organized by the Cangzhou Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, was successfully held at Hebei Guangxiang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group. Mid-level managers and team leaders from Guangxiang Pharmaceutical attended the training.

Mid-level managers and team leaders from Guangxiang Pharmaceutical participated in the training.
To accelerate the development of a high-caliber corps of professional managers, continuously enhance enterprises’ managerial innovation capabilities, build top-tier management teams, and support the transformation and upgrading of private enterprises across the province, the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology has, in recent years, launched and implemented a province-wide training program for senior professional managers. Guided by the principles of “addressing specific gaps by providing targeted training and aligning learning with job requirements,” the program focuses on expanding the overall pool of qualified professionals, elevating their competencies, and strengthening their capabilities. Through a variety of tiered training initiatives, it seeks to bolster enterprises’ abilities in strategic planning, operational decision-making, plan implementation, business management, and team leadership, with the aim of cultivating a highly skilled cadre of professional managers who are well-equipped to meet the evolving trends of new models, new business forms, new technologies, and new products. This effort will provide robust talent assurance and intellectual support for the comprehensive development of a strong, modern economy and a beautiful Hebei Province.
During the session, the instructor clearly and concisely explained leadership mindsets in the context of the changes brought about by the new era, helping business managers gain deep insights into these transformations, master new-era management methods and strategies, cultivate and develop management-oriented talent, and better achieve both organizational and individual value objectives.
Participants in the training stated that, through case analysis, on-site interaction, team discussions, practical drills, and knowledge-sharing sessions, they have gained a much deeper understanding of what it takes to become a competent manager. Moving forward, they will apply what they have learned to their work, further update their mindset, broaden their perspectives, and bolster their confidence, thereby continuously enhancing the level of modern enterprise management and operational efficiency and making greater contributions to local economic and social development.
