On the morning of October 26, the ceremony for distributing mobility aids to the fifth cohort of innovative talents of the Group was held here. In the golden autumn of October, as the season’s vibrant hues reach their peak, the R&D Center of Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group is abuzz with a wave of innovation and creativity.
On the morning of October 26, the ceremony for distributing mobility aids to the Group’s fifth cohort of innovative talents was held here. The ceremony was chaired by Wang Lijiang, Executive Deputy General Manager of the Group’s R&D Center, and attended by Shi Jianhui, Secretary of the Group’s Party Committee, and Sun Lijie, Executive President and General Manager of the R&D Center.
At the ceremony, brand-new mobility devices were neatly lined up, gleaming in the warm autumn sun. The bright red flowers adorning their bodies resembled radiant smiles, warmly welcoming their “owners” as they embark on a new journey of innovative development.
The delivery ceremony was concise yet warmly celebratory. In his address, Sun Lijie stated that the Group has provided generous material support and a broad platform for innovative talent to showcase their abilities, and expressed the hope that all R&D personnel will devote themselves wholeheartedly to scientific research and innovation, striving to produce groundbreaking achievements that live up to the demands of our times.
To the cheerful strains of music, Shi Jianhui and Wang Lijiang presented keys to mobility aids to 16 innovative talents, extending their congratulations to all.
“I am deeply grateful for the Group’s recognition of my work and will certainly cherish the exceptional benefits and invaluable platform it has provided for R&D personnel,” said Zhao Yaning, project leader of Division One of the Liquid Products at the Group’s R&D Center, visibly moved as one of the researchers who received a company-provided vehicle. Over the seven years since joining the company, he has witnessed its rapid growth, particularly the remarkable advancements in R&D, and feels immense pride in being a member of Sihua Pharmaceutical.
