The booth of Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group drew considerable attention from job seekers, with long lines forming as students submitted their resumes.
To attract and gather a pool of high-caliber innovation and entrepreneurship talent, bolster the development of more than five industrial clusters each with an output value exceeding RMB 100 billion, and advance the construction of a modern, internationally oriented, and beautiful provincial capital, the CPC Shijiazhuang Municipal Committee and the Shijiazhuang Municipal People’s Government are hosting the “2024 Shijiazhuang High-Level Talent Exchange and Negotiation Conference.”
The Group attaches great importance to this high-level talent exchange and recruitment fair and has brought along its subsidiaries, Hebei Guangxiang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and Bosheng Medical New Materials Co., Ltd., to participate, offering more than 100 job openings in areas such as research and development, quality management, process technology, and production management. At the fair, representatives from the Group and its subsidiaries responsible for human resources management engaged in thorough discussions with prospective candidates, carefully addressing their concerns about job-specific competencies, work-life balance, compensation and benefits, and other matters, and reached preliminary agreements with some of the students.
