Wang Chao Innovation Studio of Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group Selected for the City’s Tier-A Database of Model Worker and Skilled Talent Innovation Studios

On December 23, the Shijiazhuang Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, the Municipal Education Bureau, and the Municipal Health Commission jointly released the list of entities admitted to the Grade-A Database of Shijiazhuang’s Model Worker and Craftsman Talent (Distinguished Teachers and Distinguished Physicians) Innovation Studios. The Wang Chao Innovation Studio of Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group was selected for inclusion in the Grade-A Database of Model Worker and Craftsman Innovation Studios.
On December 23, the Shijiazhuang Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, the Municipal Education Bureau, and the Municipal Health Commission jointly released the list of entities admitted to the A-level roster of Shijiazhuang’s Model Worker and Skilled Talent (Distinguished Teachers and Distinguished Physicians) Innovation Studios. The Wang Chao Innovation Studio of Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group was selected for inclusion in the A-level roster.
Over the four years since its establishment, Wang Chao’s Innovation Studio has been led by Wang Chao and more than 30 core production technicians, who have continuously tackled technical challenges and bottlenecks in the production process through collaborative problem-solving and innovation. The studio has extensively organized mass innovation initiatives such as technological upgrades, technical collaboration, invention and creation, rationalization proposals, and the “Five Smalls” campaign, while actively facilitating the commercialization of innovative results and achieving remarkable outcomes. To date, the studio has secured five utility model patents, eight invention patents, and one provincial science and technology achievement award, establishing itself as a vital platform for employee participation in innovation, talent development, and the transmission of skills.
In recent years, the Group has taken the reform of the industrial workforce development as a driving force, closely focusing on the fundamental goal of enhancing enterprise quality and efficiency. By fully leveraging the leading role of model workers and skilled artisans, the Group has concentrated on critical production processes and established robust employee innovation studios at the frontline of production and research. To date, the Group operates one provincial-level model worker and artisan talent innovation studio and two municipal-level ones, which have powerfully propelled the sustained and in-depth development of mass innovation activities, yielding a steady stream of workplace innovation achievements and providing strong support for the enterprise’s innovation-driven value creation and high-quality development.
Wang Chao stated that being included in the city’s A-level database of Model Worker and Craftsman Innovation Studios is a recognition and encouragement of innovative work. Moving forward, the company will carry forward the spirit of model workers, the spirit of labor, and the spirit of craftsmanship, further leveraging the innovation studios as platforms for tackling key technological challenges, fostering technical collaboration, and driving invention and innovation.
