Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical’s “Shimen” Brand Confers the Title of “Time-Honored Brand of Hebei”

On the morning of February 28, the second batch of Hebei Province’s time-honored brand designation ceremony and the launch event for financial service programs supporting the innovative development of these brands were held in Xingtai, the “Spring Water City of the Taihang Mountains.” At the event, representatives from the Provincial Department of Commerce, the Provincial Department of Culture, the Provincial Administration for Market Regulation, the Provincial Intellectual Property Bureau, the Provincial Cultural Relics Bureau, the Provincial Federation of Commerce, and other relevant authorities conferred the honorary title of “Hebei Time-Honored Brand” on 34 enterprise brands, including Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical’s “Shimen” brand.

The Group’s “Shimen” brand derives its name from the former name of Shijiazhuang, reflecting a deep historical connection with the city. Over the past 76 years since the establishment of the factory, generation after generation of employees at Sihua Pharmaceutical have remained true to their original aspiration of “making quality medicines for the people,” consistently upholding quality and integrity to enhance the core values of the “Shimen” brand. Through decades of steady accumulation, the brand has increasingly demonstrated its charm of heritage and innovation, earning a well-deserved reputation as an outstanding brand deeply rooted in the hearts of consumers. Having shed its superficial trappings, the “Shimen” brand has been honored as an Outstanding Brand and a Renowned Brand of Hebei Province. Entering the new era, Sihua Pharmaceutical continues to implement a brand-strengthening strategy, solidifying its quality foundation and building competitive advantages for the brand, while leveraging innovation to further elevate the “Good Chinese Medicines Made in Shijiazhuang” brand. In 2024, Sihua Pharmaceutical was included in the list of leading enterprises being cultivated under Hebei Province’s initiative to build a province strong in quality, and its “21235” risk-control model based on parameter-based release was selected as a typical case of quality improvement and brand development in the industrial and information technology sectors by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology for 2024, establishing the company as one of the benchmarks for brand-building in the pharmaceutical industry.

Hebei Time-Honored Brands refer to brands (including brand names and trademarks) within the administrative boundaries of Hebei Province that boast a long history, with products, skills, or services passed down through generations, deeply rooted in Hebei’s traditional culture and rich cultural heritage, and enjoying broad social recognition and a solid reputation.

The Hebei Time-Honored Brands Selection Initiative is jointly organized by the Hebei Provincial Department of Commerce, in collaboration with the Hebei Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, the Hebei Provincial Administration for Market Regulation (Intellectual Property Bureau), and the Hebei Provincial Cultural Relics Bureau, in accordance with the relevant provisions and requirements set forth in the “Hebei Time-Honored Brands Evaluation Standards” and the “Administrative Measures for the Recognition of Hebei Time-Honored Brands,” with the aim of further expanding the ranks of Hebei’s time-honored brands and promoting their innovative development while upholding traditional values.
