【SUMMARY】 On March 6, at the 2025 Trade Union Work Conference convened by the Shijiazhuang High-tech Industrial Development Zone Federation of Trade Unions, the trade union of Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was awarded the honorary title of “Unit with Outstanding Achievements” in recognition of its remarkable accomplishments in reforming the workforce of industrial workers, enhancing employees’ skills, and providing services to the workforce.

On March 6, at the 2025 Trade Union Work Conference convened by the Shijiazhuang High-tech Industrial Development Zone Federation of Trade Unions, the trade union of Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was awarded the honorary title of “Unit with Outstanding Achievements” in recognition of its remarkable accomplishments in reforming the workforce of industrial workers, enhancing employees’ skills, and providing services to the workforce.

In 2024, the Trade Union of Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. took the reform of the industrial workforce as its central focus, aligned with the core task of high-quality development, and carried out in-depth initiatives to enhance employee competence and organize labor competitions. By implementing mechanisms such as the “mentor-apprentice system” and on-the-job training, the union has continuously refined career development pathways for skilled personnel, thereby proactively building a pool of high-caliber, skilled talent to support the company’s innovative growth.

With the goal of “all-staff training and performance excellence at the workplace,” the trade union organized multi-level, multi-trade labor and skills competitions throughout the year. More than ten competition events were established for key positions in pharmaceutical production, quality inspection, finance and accounting, warehousing, and logistics, attracting over 80% of employees in these roles to participate. In municipal-level employee vocational skills competitions and innovation-and-efficiency contests, the organization achieved outstanding results, including first-place team and individual honors in the provincial injection-formulation skills competition finals and first place in the municipal drug-inspection technician competition. Furthermore, two employee innovation projects—“Development of Key Technologies for Respiratory Medicines and Their Industrialization” and “Research and Application of Key Technologies for Double-Layer Aseptic Infusion”—were awarded the Second Prize for Breakthrough Innovation by Enterprise Employees and the First Prize for Leading Innovation by Model Workers and Skilled Craftsmen, respectively, in the municipal federation of trade unions’ employee innovation-and-efficiency competition. In addition, the “Wang Chao Employee Innovation Studio,” established under the trade union’s leadership, has incubated numerous innovative projects and was successfully included in the municipal-level database of Model Worker and Skilled Craftsman Innovation Studios at the A level. These competitive achievements fully demonstrate the creativity and combat effectiveness of the workforce.

While strengthening and upgrading employees’ skills, the trade union of Shijiazhuang No. 4 Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. adheres to a people-oriented approach and has established a comprehensive service system. Through initiatives such as providing cooling relief in summer, warmth in winter, one-day mutual aid donations among employees, and targeted assistance for employees facing difficulties, the union strives to enhance employees’ sense of belonging, well-being, and security. The union also organizes popular cultural and recreational activities to foster a corporate culture characterized by unity and proactive striving. In addition, the union actively promotes democratic management within the company by soliciting and implementing more than 200 employee proposals and suggestions through mechanisms such as the Employees’ Congress and regular employee suggestion campaigns, thereby effectively advancing the company’s harmonious and healthy development.

The head of the trade union at Shijiazhuang Fourth Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. stated that being awarded the title of “Unit with Outstanding Achievements” is both a source of motivation and a call to action. Moving forward, the union will continue to leverage dual engines—serving enterprise development and meeting the needs of employees—to further consolidate the outcomes of industrial reform, strive to broaden career advancement pathways for skilled personnel, and build stronger synergy to accelerate the company’s high-quality development.
