Chairman Qu Jiguang Awarded the Title of “Outstanding Entrepreneur”

On December 24, the 2019 Shijiazhuang Top 100 Enterprises Summit was held, during which the list of Shijiazhuang’s Top 100 Enterprises was unveiled, and our company was ranked 16th on the list.

During the meeting, the lists of Shijiazhuang’s Outstanding Enterprises, Outstanding Entrepreneurs, Excellent Enterprises, and Excellent Entrepreneurs were also announced, and the awardees were commended. The company was honored as an “Outstanding Enterprise,” while Chairman Qu Jiguang was awarded the title of “Outstanding Entrepreneur,” and Chairman Su Xuejun was named an “Excellent Entrepreneur.”

The 2019 ranking of the Top 100 Enterprises in Shijiazhuang was conducted by the Municipal Federation of Enterprises and the Entrepreneurs Association in accordance with the requirements of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce. The objective is to provide a comprehensive and accurate reflection of the development strength and level of enterprises in our city, to stimulate the intrinsic motivation for entrepreneurship and innovation among businesses, and to drive their efforts to grow stronger, better, and larger, thereby achieving high-quality development. According to available information, this ranking was compiled on the basis of recommendations from each county (city, district) and voluntary applications from enterprises, following internationally accepted ranking methodologies and using the previous year’s total sales revenue (or operating revenue) as the primary criterion to rank the city’s enterprises across all sectors, ultimately identifying the Top 100.

In recent years, the company has continuously pursued innovation and strived for progress, leveraging scientific research and technological innovation as the driving force behind its transformation and upgrade from generic drug production to the development of innovative medicines, thereby achieving sustained, healthy, and rapid growth. Currently, the company’s products are sold in more than 80 countries and regions worldwide, making a significant contribution to the development of our city’s pharmaceutical industry and to regional economic development.

“The Top 100 enterprises are the vanguard of our city’s business community and a vital force in driving high-quality economic development in Shijiazhuang,” said officials from the Municipal Federation of Enterprises and the Entrepreneurs Association. They noted that our city is accelerating the implementation of its “4+4” modern industrial development strategy, with emerging industries such as next-generation information technology, biopharmaceuticals and health, and advanced equipment manufacturing already taking shape and boasting substantial growth potential. It is hoped that the Top 100 enterprises will further seize opportunities, continuously promote technological innovation, increase investment in projects, and expedite transformation and upgrading, thereby strengthening their scale advantages, innovation strengths, and brand recognition, constantly enhancing the quality and efficiency of their development, and collectively serving as the backbone of Shijiazhuang’s economy.
