Recently, the Organizing Committee of the Hebei Provincial Employees’ Vocational Skills Competition issued a notice conferring honorary titles on organizations and individuals that made outstanding contributions to the 2024 provincial competition. In 2024, in alignment with the Provincial Federation of Trade Unions’ initiative to designate the year as the “Year of Skills and Labor Competitions,” Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. took the deepening reform of the industrial workforce as its central focus and prioritized high-quality development. Under the guidance of the provincial and municipal federations of trade unions and with the active participation and support of various departments and subsidiaries within the group, the company organized multi-level labor skills competitions and provided high-quality co-organization for the injection-formulation category of the province-wide Employee Vocational Skills Competition. Through a systematic selection process, the company nominated a contingent of outstanding contestants—including Bai Xue, An Ye, and Gao Tuo—to advance to the finals. Relying on their solid professional expertise and tenacious competitive spirit, these participants secured the top two spots in the team event and swept the top five individual rankings, earning high recognition from the provincial, municipal, and district federations of trade unions.
The head of the trade union at Shijiazhuang Fourth Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. stated that the company will take this honor as a driving force to further integrate labor skills competitions with quality improvement and efficiency enhancement. According to reports, the 2024 Hebei Provincial Workers’ Vocational Skills Competition is themed “Moving Forward with Innovation, Achieving Long-Term Success Through Skill,” and is jointly organized by the Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, the Provincial Department of Science and Technology, the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, and the Provincial Department of Commerce. The competition comprises 11 events that have engaged nearly 450,000 workers in skill competitions and on-the-job training at various levels and across different sectors. Over 700 workers participated in the provincial finals, and a large number of them have significantly enhanced their technical and vocational skills through successive rounds of competition and training, thereby substantially bolstering the development of a highly skilled workforce throughout the province.
