Two Application Scenarios of Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group Selected as Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Collaborative Innovation Application Scenarios

On March 28, the 2025 Zhongguancun Forum on Coordinated Innovation and High-Quality Development in the Beijing–Tianjin–Hebei Region was held in Beijing, featuring a range of activities including the release of collaborative innovation achievements and needs, the launch of international cooperation mechanisms, promotion of innovative development, and signing of key projects.
On March 28, the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Collaborative Innovation and High-Quality Development Forum of the 2025 Zhongguancun Forum was held in Beijing, featuring a range of activities including the release of collaborative innovation achievements and needs, the launch of international cooperation mechanisms, promotion of innovative development, and signing of key projects.
At the forum, digital human anchors unveiled a list of collaborative innovation achievements and needs across Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei. The Hebei Provincial Department of Science and Technology, in collaboration with the Xiong’an Office of the Hebei Provincial Party Committee, the Hebei Provincial Development and Reform Commission, and the Hebei Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, brought together nearly 100 scenario owners—including Xiong’an Group, Peking University People’s Hospital’s Xiong’an Campus, centrally administered state-owned enterprises stationed in Hebei, key state-owned enterprises, leading private firms, as well as departments responsible for water resources, emergency management, and forestry—to identify and publicly release 107 innovative application scenarios centered on eight priority industries: modern steel, green chemicals, biopharmaceuticals, electronic information, new energy and intelligent connected vehicles, robotics, aerospace information and satellite internet, and the digital industry. Among these, Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical had two application scenarios selected: “Intelligent Text Inspection Application for Inkjet Coding on Injectable Drug Packaging” and “Intelligent Sealing Integrity Testing Application for Plastic Ampoule Injectables Based on Big Data and Computing Power Optimization.”
According to reports, the “Beijing–Tianjin–Hebei Collaborative Innovation and High-Quality Development Forum” has been held for two consecutive sessions. Last year, our province unveiled 72 “Computing Power Plus” innovative application scenarios, along with digital city market applications from the Xiong’an New Area, at the forum. Among these, Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical presented four application scenarios centered on “Computing Power Plus Medicine,” including AI-driven R&D of small-molecule innovative drugs and intelligent production management in infusion workshops. Scenario-based innovation represents a new paradigm for accelerating scientific and technological innovation.
According to the heads of relevant departments within the Group, the next step will be to follow a dual-track approach—“matching technologies to specific application scenarios and identifying suitable scenarios for emerging technologies”—while closely aligning with real-world needs. Leveraging the collaborative innovation framework and mechanisms of the Beijing–Tianjin–Hebei region, the Group will proactively organize supply-and-demand matchmaking events for application scenarios, strive to accelerate the introduction of new technologies and products, and continuously empower enterprises to achieve high-quality, innovation-driven development.
