Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group’s Bosheng Medical Devices Wins Multiple Employee Innovation Awards


【SUMMARY】 On the eve of the “May Day” holiday, the Xinghua City Federation of Trade Unions in Jiangsu Province convened a conference to announce mass economic and technological innovation achievements and to promote the initiative for employee innovation engineers. During the event, honors were presented, including the list of mass technological innovation achievements by industrial workers in Xinghua City, the inaugural cohort of Level-1 Employee Innovation Engineers, and the list of employee-innovation-oriented enterprises (teams). Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group’s Jiangsu Bosheng Medical New Materials Co., Ltd. was awarded multiple honors.

Among them, Bosheng Medical Devices was awarded the title of Xinghua City Model Employee-Innovative Enterprise; seven employees—Tian Renhe, Jiang Yong, Wang Yanan, Chen Dahong, Feng Fusong, Xie Wei, and others—were honored as Xinghua City Model Employee Innovators; the disposable biomembrane and its preparation method and applications developed by Tian Renhe’s team were recognized as the First Prize in the Technical Application Category of Xinghua City’s Employee Innovation Achievements and one of Taizhou City’s Top Ten Invention Patents; and the automated rubber-cutting-piece gluing-and-palletizing equipment developed by Xie Wei’s team was designated as an Outstanding “Five Smalls” Achievement Project in Xinghua City.

The head of Bosheng Medical Materials stated that the next step will be to remain steadfastly focused on the company’s core responsibilities and primary business, fully leverage the advantages of mass-based economic and technological innovation, further refine the incentive mechanism, continuously enhance the supporting role of the innovation-and-value-creation platform, and adopt a diversified and multi-pronged approach to accelerate fundamental, innovative, and forward-looking research in cutting-edge areas such as medical packaging materials. This effort will consolidate the innovative foundation for the “one core, three wings” business model—comprising rubber stoppers, film materials, and tubing—and strive to contribute Bosheng’s strength to the development of the Group and China’s pharmaceutical packaging materials industry.
