This recognition underscores the acknowledgment of Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical’s pioneering efforts and achievements in the field of intelligent manufacturing.
On June 19, the Hebei Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology announced the first batch of advanced-level smart factories for 2025, with Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical’s “Digital-Twin-Based End-to-End Smart Factory for Injectable Products” project successfully selected. This recognition underscores the acclaim garnered by Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical’s pioneering efforts and achievements in the field of intelligent manufacturing.
According to reports, Hebei Province’s smart factories are identified through a process in which industrial and information technology authorities at the city level organize large-scale industrial enterprises to conduct smart manufacturing capability maturity assessments in accordance with the “Smart Manufacturing Capability Maturity Model” (GB/T 39116–2020). This initiative aims to help enterprises gain a clear understanding of their current level of smart manufacturing and use the assessment results to guide the development of smart factories. Enterprises that have completed the construction of smart factories are then evaluated for their performance against four tiers—basic, advanced, excellent, and leading—based on the “General Evaluation Method for Smart Manufacturing Performance” (T/CAMS182–2024) and the “Reference Framework for Key Performance Indicators in Smart Factory Construction.” Following enterprise applications, review and recommendations by municipal industrial and information technology bureaus, and expert evaluations conducted by the provincial industrial and information technology department, a total of 78 smart factories have been recognized as the first batch of advanced-level smart factories for 2025.

By establishing an integrated “ERP–MES–APS” smart manufacturing hub that deeply integrates all business systems and leverages real-time data exchange and advanced intelligent algorithms, the project achieves end-to-end data connectivity across the entire value chain—from R&D and design through manufacturing, supply-chain management, and marketing—significantly enhancing the digitization, intelligence, and visualizability of production operations. This not only accelerates production response times and improves the precision of quality control but also effectively reduces operating costs, thereby accelerating the company’s transition toward new-style industrialization.
