On October 28, local time, the three-day CPHI Frankfurt—world’s largest specialized trade show for the pharmaceutical industry—kicked off with great fanfare in Frankfurt, Germany. Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group made a striking appearance at the event, showcasing its bulk and specialty APIs as well as finished dosage forms, actively expanding into the European market and continuously projecting a new image and demonstrating fresh achievements in corporate development.
According to reports, since its inaugural edition in 1990, the World Pharmaceutical Raw Materials Exhibition has grown into a globally influential industry event, serving as a critical bellwether for the development of the pharmaceutical raw materials and intermediates sector. Each year, suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and industry professionals from around the world converge at the exhibition to showcase the latest advancements, gain insights into emerging trends, and engage in forward-looking discussions. Today, the event has become an essential platform and gateway for Chinese pharmaceutical raw materials exporters to connect with global pharmaceutical companies and penetrate international markets.
“Accelerating the development of the European market is a key priority for the Group’s international API business, as this region is home to a large number of strategic partners. Through trade shows, we can not only engage in face-to-face communication and exchanges with our customers but also establish new partnerships and gain a deeper understanding of the demand and trends for APIs and finished dosage forms in both the European and global markets,” said the Group’s head of foreign trade.
At the exhibition, the Group’s spacious, bright, and open booth design drew considerable attention from both industry professionals and international business visitors. Its flagship specialty APIs and finished dosage forms were particularly well-received by European customers; in particular, its caffeine API has earned widespread recognition in global markets thanks to its high purity and full traceability, with annual sales continuing to grow. As one of the world’s leading caffeine suppliers, the Group has steadily optimized its manufacturing processes in recent years, achieving end-to-end green management across the entire value chain. In 2024, it obtained international carbon-footprint certification, and in 2025, it secured EU CEP certification. Its products are now exported to more than 60 countries and regions, significantly enhancing its competitive edge and brand influence in international markets.
Since the exhibition opened, the Group’s booth has been bustling with visitors, including long-term partners from global industry leaders as well as emerging brands. Through exchanges and negotiations, the Group has reached preliminary cooperation agreements with numerous clients.
“Leveraging the trade fair and engaging in in-depth interactions with international clients has laid a stronger foundation for both current market development and initiatives targeting 2026,” said the Group’s head of foreign trade. “Adhering to quality-first principles and delivering precision-driven services is the key to success in the global marketplace. Moving forward, we will accelerate the dual-track approach of innovation-driven growth and international cooperation, continuously elevating the Group’s global operations to a new level.”
