On December 17, more than 40 experts and talented individuals participating in the “Yuyan” National Study Program for the High-Quality Development of Young Talents, organized by the Talent Work Bureau of Changping District, Beijing, visited Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group for an inspection and study tour. Relevant officials from the Hebei Youth Management Cadre Academy and Tian Pengmei, Executive President of the Group and General Manager of the Strategic Development and Human Resources Center, attended the event.
On December 17, more than 40 expert talents participating in the “Yuyan” National Conditions Study Program for High-Quality Development of Young Talents, organized by the Talent Work Bureau of Changping District, Beijing, visited and inspected Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group. Relevant officials from the Hebei Youth Management Cadre Academy and Tian Pengmei, Executive President of the Group and General Manager of the Strategic Development and Human Resources Center, attended the event.
Experts and professionals from Beijing visited the Group’s R&D Center, where they thoroughly examined the company’s practical achievements in innovative R&D and talent development. They commended the Group for its vigorous implementation of an innovation-driven strategy, its continuous efforts to foster deep integration and coordinated development among the industrial chain, the innovation chain, and the talent chain, its ongoing cultivation and expansion of new-quality productive forces, and its proactive establishment of an innovative ecosystem characterized by innovative medicines as the leading force, specialty chemical pharmaceutical preparations and active pharmaceutical ingredients as the core, and high-end pharmaceutical packaging materials and specialized bioproducts as extensions—efforts that have yielded remarkable results.
A spokesperson for the group stated that it will actively strengthen bilateral exchanges and cooperation in talent development by establishing a regular exchange mechanism, sharing innovative resources, and implementing other initiatives. These efforts will further deepen collaboration in areas such as talent recruitment and cultivation, joint technological R&D, and the efficient commercialization of research outcomes, thereby injecting new momentum into the coordinated development of the Beijing–Tianjin–Hebei region, jointly building a regional hub for talent aggregation, and better supporting the high-quality development of Shijiazhuang’s biopharmaceutical industry.
