According to reports, this national-level selection initiative is jointly organized by the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, and the All-China Federation of Trade Unions. Its aim is to encourage and guide private enterprises to uphold their ideals and convictions, actively participate in the comprehensive deepening of reform, accelerate transformation and upgrading, and achieve scientific development. The initiative also seeks to promote the proactive role of enterprises in expanding employment, caring for employees, and fostering harmonious labor relations, while recognizing and commending the contributions made by private enterprises and entrepreneurs in supporting higher-quality development and fuller employment.
