On March 17, in order to thoroughly implement the innovation-driven development strategy and leverage intellectual property to power industrial innovation, the Shijiazhuang Municipal Administration for Market Regulation, in collaboration with the Hebei Provincial Intellectual Property Protection Center and the Tianjin Patent Examination Cooperation Center of the National Intellectual Property Administration’s Patent Office, hosted a patent-navigation成果 promotion and symposium at Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. This event established a bridge connecting expert examination services, government administrative support, and corporate innovation, helping enterprises further clarify their R&D priorities, optimize their patent portfolios, and harness the momentum of intellectual property to drive high-quality development.
During the event, a representative from the Tianjin Center for Patent Examination Cooperation of the Patent Office of the National Intellectual Property Administration provided a systematic analysis of the outcomes of the patent navigation project. By examining the industry’s technological landscape across four key dimensions—current technological status, competitive landscape, critical technologies, and major applicants—the presentation offered a comprehensive overview of the sector’s technical trends. This enabled the company to develop a precise, holistic map of technological development and market competition, while also providing professional, actionable recommendations for innovation strategies and R&D pathways.

In response to the bottlenecks and challenges hindering innovative development identified by enterprises, the working group provided on-site, item-by-item answers and solutions. A relevant official from the Municipal Market Supervision Administration stated that the bureau will collaborate with pertinent departments to establish a dedicated support task force, which will deliver ongoing assistance through on-site enterprise services and expert consultations, continuously track the commercialization of patent-driven innovation outcomes, and ensure that cutting-edge research results are effectively translated from paper into practical applications, thereby bolstering enterprises’ core competitiveness.
