【SUMMARY】 On October 31, the Group’s 2025 “Quality Month” campaign reached its climax with the successful holding of the “Most Beautiful Quality Promoter” Story-Telling Session. Held under the theme “Quality Builds the Brand, Responsibility Safeguards Health,” the event drew enthusiastic participation from employees across all departments of the Group. Han Shuqin and Wang Chunfa, Executive Presidents of the Group, along with Huang Xiaofeng, Chairman of the Trade Union, and heads of the Quality Management Center, Manufacturing Center, and other relevant units, attended the event and presented awards to the outstanding presenters.

On October 31, the Group’s 2025 “Quality Month” campaign reached its climax with the successful holding of the “Most Beautiful Quality Promoter” Story-Telling Session. Held under the theme “Quality Builds the Brand, Responsibility Safeguards Health,” the event drew enthusiastic participation from employees across all departments of the Group. Han Shuqin and Wang Chunfa, Executive Presidents of the Group, along with Huang Xiaofeng, Chairman of the Trade Union, and heads of the Quality Management Center, Manufacturing Center, and other relevant units, attended the event and presented awards to the outstanding presenters.

At the sharing session, 18 representatives of the “Most Beautiful Quality Advocates” passionately recounted their stories of unwavering commitment to quality on the production front lines. Their accounts spanned everything from meticulous control throughout the manufacturing process to rigorous and thorough inspection of finished products, with every step reflecting an uncompromising pursuit of quality. These authentic and vivid stories vividly conveyed the core principle of “Quality First,” fully demonstrating the strong sense of responsibility and relentless spirit of innovation among pharmaceutical professionals in the new era. The event was met with sustained applause and a vibrant, enthusiastic atmosphere.

After careful evaluation, Zhang Xin from Workshop 103 of the Group’s First Manufacturing Center was awarded first prize for “Building a Fortress of Corporate Quality Through Attention to Detail in Material Management,” vividly and sincerely illustrating the unwavering commitment to quality details in pharmaceutical production. Yan Yingtao from the same workshop, with “The Foundation of Quality Lies in Every Millimeter—I Am the ‘Gatekeeper’ of Ingredient Mixing,” and Shi Liqiang from the Second Quality Assurance Division of the Quality Management Center, with “Being a Supervisor with ‘Warmth,’” both received second prize. Each shared, with deep emotion, the story of an ingredient-mixing employee’s meticulous dedication to quality and the round-the-clock efforts of quality-inspection personnel to safeguard product quality, respectively. Ma Zixuan from the First Quality Assurance Division of the Quality Management Center, Kang Jiasuo from Workshop 103 of the First Manufacturing Center, Wang Zhifang from the Packaging Materials Workshop of the Second Manufacturing Center, and Zhang Xuexue from the Ingredient-Mixing Workshop of the same center were awarded third prize; their presentations profoundly conveyed the relentless pursuit of product quality by pharmaceutical professionals.

These deeply moving stories fully demonstrate the sense of responsibility and commitment among the Group’s employees to uphold quality as the lifeline of the organization, effectively inspiring all staff to enhance their quality management capabilities. They have injected new momentum into the Group’s high-quality development, while further fostering a robust quality culture in which “everyone values quality and everyone strives for excellence,” thereby driving the enterprise to continuously advance toward higher standards in its quality-building efforts.

In her concluding remarks at the sharing session, Han Shuqin emphasized that quality is the lifeline and the very essence of an enterprise’s dignity. Every employee is a practitioner and guardian of the quality culture, and it is imperative to infuse the sense of responsibility and the spirit of craftsmanship embodied in these stories into every role, every process step, and every operation—transforming them into a sustained, conscious commitment across the board.
