【概要描述】 On June 11, the CPPCC of Cangzhou City convened the 15th Meeting of the Standing Committee of the 11th CPPCC, at which participants thoroughly studied and implemented the spirit of the Two Sessions of the National People’s Congress and the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, and engaged in deliberations and policy discussions on “advancing the construction of key projects and promoting high-quality economic development.”

On June 11, the CPPCC of Cangzhou City convened the 15th Meeting of the Standing Committee of the 11th CPPCC, at which participants thoroughly studied and implemented the spirit of the Two Sessions of the National People’s Congress and the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, and engaged in deliberation and consultation on the theme of “advancing the construction of key projects and promoting high-quality economic development.”

Prior to the meeting, Song Youhong, Chairman of the Cangzhou Municipal Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, together with Vice Chairmen Liu Zhaoyin, Yan Shulin, Hou Siqing, Wang Rong, and Liang Zhengang, as well as Secretary-General Yao Hongchun, conducted an on-site inspection of Hebei Guangxiang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. under Shisiyao Group, gaining a detailed understanding of the progress in key project construction in Huanghua City and the Bohai New Area.

Han Shuqin, Chairperson of Guangxiang Pharmaceutical, provided a detailed briefing to Song Youhong and his delegation on the company’s initiatives and achievements in seizing strategic opportunities presented by the coordinated development of the Beijing–Tianjin–Hebei region and the Bohai Rim economic zone, as well as in accelerating innovation and high-quality development.

Song Youhong pointed out that the city’s CPPCC system must adopt a politically conscious and holistic perspective, strengthen its sense of responsibility and commitment, and pursue a dual approach of offering policy advice and building consensus. It should align its thinking and actions with the municipal Party Committee and municipal government’s work plan of “making the city thrive through projects,” thereby contributing the CPPCC’s strength to advancing the construction of the city’s key projects. The CPPCC should leverage its unique strengths, focus on central priorities and serve the overall situation, pool resources, provide support, and inject momentum into the advancement of key projects; set an example in optimizing the business environment and serving project development; identify precise entry points for its services; conduct thorough research and inspections; and put forward more practical and effective proposals. In particular, entrepreneur members should uphold core principles while embracing innovation, hone their internal capabilities, take the lead in ensuring stable production and employment, and actively contribute to high-quality economic development. Furthermore, they should thoroughly study, implement, and carry out the spirit of the Two Sessions at the national level, vigorously launch the “Gather Strength, Prevent Epidemics, Promote Development” campaign, and ensure high-quality completion of all annual tasks. By doing so, they will offer insightful policy advice and build broad consensus to coordinate routine epidemic prevention and control with economic and social development, thus helping to effectively implement the Party Committee and government’s work plans and achieve economic and social development goals.
