On February 9, the Medical Supplies Assurance Group of the Shijiazhuang Municipal Leading Group for COVID-19 Response issued a letter of thanks to Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. for its contributions to ensuring the supply of epidemic prevention and control materials during this year’s pandemic.
The letter of appreciation states that, following the outbreak of COVID-19, the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government promptly made strategic decisions and deployments; the entire city rallied as one, with all sectors mobilized on an emergency basis, uniting in a common resolve to combat the epidemic. Through arduous efforts, the epidemic in Shijiazhuang has been brought under effective control, and the overall situation is improving. In the process of ensuring the supply of medical materials, your company demonstrated a broad-minded and holistic perspective, voluntarily complying with the scheduling and arrangements of the Medical Supplies Assurance Group under the Shijiazhuang Municipal Leading Group for COVID-19 Response. Despite numerous challenges, your company raced against time, mobilizing all employees at the earliest possible moment after the outbreak to work tirelessly and overtime on the front lines of medical supplies production and assurance, thereby making outstanding contributions to the provision of epidemic prevention and control supplies.
At the very beginning of the New Year, a sudden epidemic struck. Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical responded immediately by swiftly establishing emergency production leading groups at the unit level. Nearly 3,000 employees stayed steadfast at their posts, putting the greater good before their own families and living and eating at the company. The Party members and management team exemplified the spirit of “rushing to the front line in critical moments and going all out in times of peril,” serving as commanders, frontline fighters, and volunteers all in one. Despite challenges such as staff shortages, shortages of raw and auxiliary materials, and disruptions in logistics and transportation, they led the workforce in every possible way to remove bottlenecks and obstacles that were hindering production and ensuring the supply of essential materials. Through their actions, they demonstrated a strong sense of responsibility and dedicated hard work, making significant contributions to the decisive battle against the epidemic.
