Recently, in the annual China Top Employer Selection event co-hosted by Zhaopin and the Center for Social Survey Research at Peking University, Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. stood out among numerous participating companies thanks to its outstanding performance in the industry and was awarded the title of “2020 China Top Employer.”
The “China’s Top Employer of the Year” selection is jointly organized by Zhaopin Recruitment, the Center for Social Survey Research at Peking University, the Chinese Society for Labor Economics, Harvard Business Review, and other leading institutions. It is one of the most authoritative and high-profile human resources awards in China today, designed to adopt an independent and objective stance, conduct rigorous and scientifically sound research and evaluation, identify industry trends in corporate management and human resource management, gain insights into evolving job-seeker needs, provide data-driven support for companies in developing their employer-branding strategies, and promote the widespread adoption of employer-branding concepts and best practices. At the same time, it offers job seekers reliable guidance on “great employers” and “great jobs,” thereby enhancing mutual understanding between employers and employees and fostering win-win outcomes for both parties.
This event is themed “Intrinsic Strength, Reimagining Renewal,” and takes into account the state of corporate human resource development in the context of the pandemic, conducting a comprehensive evaluation based on multiple enterprise performance indicators. According to available information, a total of 58,658 companies registered to participate in the selection process. Following a holistic assessment across key dimensions—including employer brand image, organizational management, compensation and benefits, training and development, work environment, and employer culture—the evaluation concluded that Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical excels in areas such as its organizational system, talent development framework, corporate culture, and incentive mechanisms.
