On the morning of May 5, Pei Shixin, Deputy Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and First-Level Inspector of the Hebei Provincial Department of Commerce, led heads of the Foreign Trade Division and other relevant divisions of the department to Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. to conduct supervision and guidance on epidemic prevention and control, workplace safety, and the “Two Stabilities and One Promotion” initiatives during the May Day holiday. Leaders from the Shijiazhuang Municipal Bureau of Commerce and the Management Committee of the Shijiazhuang High-tech Industrial Development Zone accompanied the supervisory inspection.

Pei Shixin and her delegation held in-depth discussions with relevant officials of Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group on the company’s coordinated efforts to effectively control the epidemic while promoting economic development. They commended the group for overcoming various adverse impacts, including those posed by the pandemic, in its relentless pursuit of “safeguarding the market and stabilizing production,” thereby achieving a strong start to the first quarter. Ms. Pei encouraged the company to take product and market innovation as its key drivers, focus on building a more robust domestic–international “dual circulation” model that mutually reinforces each other, further accelerate its international expansion, continuously expand its market share, and make greater contributions to the province’s economic and social development. At the same time, she carefully listened to the challenges and difficulties faced by the company in its operations and urged the commerce authorities to “respond promptly to the urgent needs of enterprises and anticipate their concerns,” so as to proactively support enterprises in alleviating their difficulties and fostering their growth.
