Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Signs a Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement with the North China Branch of Sinopec Chemical Sales Co., Ltd.

On June 8, Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group and the North China Branch of Sinopec Chemical Sales Co., Ltd. held a signing ceremony for an agreement on deepening cooperation and a unveiling ceremony for the “Demonstration Base for Innovative Applications of Synthetic Resin Medical and Hygiene Materials” at Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group. The two parties will engage in in-depth collaboration in areas such as scientific and technological research and development and industrialization of medical packaging materials and related projects, with the aim of achieving mutual benefit and win-win outcomes.

Wu Hengyao, President of Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group, and Rong Gang, Deputy General Manager of Huabei Chemical Sales, signed a cooperation agreement.

Under the agreement, the two parties will leverage their respective strengths to promote win-win cooperation. Sinopec Chemical Sales Co., Ltd.’s North China Branch will capitalize on its expertise in synthetic materials development and industrial-scale commercialization, while Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group will draw on its capabilities in pharmaceutical product design, R&D, manufacturing, sales, service, and technological innovation. Together, they will establish an integrated collaboration model that seamlessly links production, sales, research, and application. The two sides will also assume their social responsibilities within the industry, focus on the cutting edge of pharmaceutical science and technology, and engage in comprehensive cooperation on high-end, green, and environmentally friendly new materials, thereby making greater contributions to the advancement and development of China’s pharmaceutical sector and the deep-processing of chemical products.

Sinopec’s Yanshan Petrochemical, the North China Branch of Sinopec Chemical Sales Co., Ltd., and Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group have forged a deep friendship through their long-term business cooperation, while jointly exploring and establishing a new, mutually beneficial collaboration model as “suppliers and technology partners,” thereby further strengthening the foundation of their strategic partnership.

This represents a concrete step in implementing the new development philosophy and accelerating the realization of the “dual circulation” development strategy, and it holds tremendous significance for ensuring the safety of medicines used by the public and promoting the localization of pharmaceutical packaging materials. Wang Qiang, Secretary of the Party Committee of the North China Branch of Sinopec Chemical Sales Co., Ltd., expressed his commitment to further strengthen the modes of cooperation, broaden cooperation channels, establish and refine coordination mechanisms, fully implement the strategic agreement, and achieve mutually beneficial and win-win development.

Leaders from both sides jointly unveiled the plaque for the “Demonstration Base for Innovative Applications of Synthetic Resin Medical and Healthcare Materials.”

According to the introduction, the North China Branch of Sinopec Chemical Sales Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Sinopec Chemical Sales Co., Ltd. It is responsible for the unified allocation of chemical product resources, marketing, sales, logistics operations, and customer service in the North China, Northeast, and Northwest regions, as well as the procurement and supply of chemical raw materials for chemical manufacturers within these regions. The North China Branch has adopted a pragmatic and results-oriented approach, seizing major historical opportunities presented by the Belt and Road Initiative, the coordinated development of the Beijing–Tianjin–Hebei region, and the construction of the Xiong’an New Area, while strategically expanding its presence in multiple locations to establish itself as a showcase for Sinopec’s green, environmentally friendly, low-carbon, energy-efficient new materials. Yanshan Petrochemical was founded in 1969 and, since its establishment, has fully leveraged the unique advantages of state-owned enterprises, serving as a strong defender of national economic security, energy security, and material security.
