Recently, the Hebei Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology issued a notice on the promulgation of the “2021 Plan for Key Technological Transformation Projects of Industrial Enterprises in Hebei Province (Thousand Technological Transformation Projects),” under which 15 technological transformation projects of Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group were selected as key provincial industrial enterprise projects.
Recently, the Hebei Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology issued a notice on the promulgation of the “2021 Plan for Key Technological Transformation Projects of Industrial Enterprises in Hebei Province (Thousand Technological Transformation Projects).” Among the projects selected were eight, including Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.’s “New Drug Formulation Production Line Construction Project”; four, including Shisi Pharmaceutical Group Hebei Guolong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.’s “New-Formulation and Biopharmaceutical Industrial Park Project”; and three, including Shisi Pharmaceutical Group Hebei Guangxiang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.’s “High-End Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient Innovation Center Project.”
According to reports, a total of 1,708 provincial key technological transformation projects were launched in 2021, with a planned total investment of RMB 437.92 billion. These provincial-level initiatives focus on five priority areas—information technology and intelligent manufacturing, biopharmaceuticals, new energy, new materials, and energy-saving and environmental protection equipment—to accelerate the development of new pillars for a modern industrial structure. The projects emphasize high-end, intelligent, green, and service-oriented transformation, with a strong emphasis on driving high-quality development of the manufacturing sector.
The Notice calls on all departments to strengthen coordination and collaboration, and on all cities to enhance supervision and dispatching, promptly organize matchmaking events among government, banks, and enterprises, and strive to expedite project completion, commissioning, and realization of benefits, thereby accelerating the province’s manufacturing sector’s transformation and upgrading toward high-end, intelligent, and green development.
