On July 23, Jiangsu Bosheng Medical New Materials Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Shisi Pharmaceutical Group, signed a Memorandum of Strategic Cooperation with Shanghai Lechun Biotechnology Co., Ltd.
Shisi Pharmaceutical Group (02005.HK) announced that its wholly owned subsidiaries, Jiangsu Bosheng Medical New Materials Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Lechun Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (Party A), signed a Memorandum of Strategic Cooperation on July 23, 2021. The two parties agreed to engage in comprehensive cooperation in the research and development, testing, and promotion and application of biofilms and related products, and to jointly develop both international and domestic markets for biofilms, with the aim of maximizing mutually beneficial collaboration and win-win outcomes.
According to reports, Jiangsu Bosheng Medical New Materials Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Shisi Pharmaceutical Group, will commission a new 1.6-meter-wide, seven-layer biofilm production line. Provided that the product quality and performance meet Party A’s requirements, Party A has agreed to give priority to purchasing products from Jiangsu Bosheng.
