Recently, the Provincial Federation of Trade Unions issued the “Decision on Commending the 2018 Hebei Province May Day Labor Awards and Hebei Province Model Worker Teams,” under which Yin Dianshu, Chief Engineer of the company and Director of the Pharmaceutical Research Institute, was awarded the “Hebei Province May Day Labor Medal.” Yin Dianshu has dedicated nearly thirty years to the pharmaceutical industry. Since joining the company, he has demonstrated a strong drive for progress and a bold spirit of innovation, achieving remarkable results in scientific research and technological innovation. From 2010 to the present, under his leadership, the company has obtained a total of 63 production approvals of various types. Under his supervision, 18 patent applications have been filed, and he has participated in two major projects funded by the Ministry of Science and Technology of the State Council, as well as six science and technology programs sponsored by the Hebei Provincial Department of Science and Technology and the Hebei Provincial Development and Reform Commission.

Since joining the company, he has demonstrated a relentless drive for progress and a bold spirit of innovation, yielding highly impactful research and development achievements. From 2010 to the present, under his leadership, the company has secured a total of 63 production approvals across various product categories. He has also spearheaded the filing of 18 patent applications and played a key role in two major projects funded by the Ministry of Science and Technology, six science and technology programs sponsored by the Provincial Department of Science and Technology, four industrialization projects supported by the Provincial Development and Reform Commission, and eight science and technology initiatives led by the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau. Currently, more than 90 projects are under development, with over 50 already in the process of applying for production approval. Known for his ability to serve as a trailblazer, he has tirelessly guided his team toward high-end innovation, ensuring that the company launches new products every year—products that now account for over 70% of the company’s sales revenue.
To accelerate the strategic transformation and upgrading of the company, he has proactively restructured and optimized the R&D portfolio, focusing innovative efforts on key national initiatives in the development of breakthrough therapeutic drugs. To this end, he has established high-end R&D and innovation platforms, including postdoctoral research workstations and academician workstations, while actively engaging in forward-looking, application-oriented, and closely aligned collaborations with research institutions and academic universities, thereby continuously enhancing the company’s R&D and innovation capabilities.
