Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Selected as One of the First Municipal-Level High-Skill Talent Training Bases

According to the Shijiazhuang Daily, the first batch of municipal-level high-skilled talent training bases and skill master studios in Shijiazhuang has been announced. Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Shijiazhuang Vocational Technical College, and Shijiazhuang Jinghua Electronics Industrial Co., Ltd. have been designated as municipal-level high-skilled talent training bases; meanwhile, three studios—Zhang Jianli from Huayao Group, Zhang Zhizhong from Maiteda Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., and Zhang Zhi from CRRC Shijiazhuang Rolling Stock Co., Ltd.—have been recognized as municipal skill master studios.
To thoroughly implement the Revitalization Plan for Highly Skilled Personnel and further strengthen the cultivation of such talent, the Shijiazhuang Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau launched this year a city-wide selection process to identify the first batch of municipal-level training bases for highly skilled personnel and skill master studios. The application process began in August of this year, and recently the bureau conducted an evaluation of the 11 applicant training bases and 16 applicant skill master studios.
To ensure the successful implementation of the first round of selection, the Shijiazhuang Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, in the name of the Municipal Party Committee Talent Work Group, issued a series of documents, including the “Detailed Implementation Rules for the Recognition and Reward of Newly Established High-Skill Talent Training Bases, Municipal Skill Master Studios, and Full-Time Recruited and Cultivated High-Skill Talents in Shijiazhuang,” thereby taking the lead across the province in providing policy support for the establishment of municipal-level high-skill talent training bases and skill master studios. Specifically, newly established high-skill bases and skill master studios will receive financial support of RMB 1.5 million and RMB 100,000, respectively, offering concrete financial incentives to encourage and support the development of such training bases and studios.
