On the eve of International Women’s Day, Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.’s trade union presented thoughtful gifts and warm holiday greetings to all female employees on the front lines of epidemic prevention and control production.
On the afternoon of March 6, in front of Workshop 208, female employees were joyfully receiving their holiday gifts. “Every year around this time, we receive thoughtfully selected presents from the trade union, and we’re absolutely delighted,” said Han Zhihuan, a female worker in Workshop 208, as she held the cosmetics she had just been given, visibly excited. Heartwarming wishes and a peaceful atmosphere warmed the hearts of every woman present.
Since the outbreak, in order to ensure the urgent supply of essential medicines to front-line epidemic control efforts in Hubei and other regions, Shijiazhuang No. 4 Pharmaceutical has been racing against time and going all out. Its employees voluntarily gave up their Spring Festival holiday and worked overtime to ramp up production. Notably, many female employees, even as families gathered together for the holiday, stepped forward to return to the front lines of producing anti-epidemic drugs, demonstrating their commitment and contributing their strength to the fight against the pandemic.
