The company’s internally distributed publication, “Four Pharmaceutical People,” was awarded the Second Prize in the Outstanding Factory Newspaper category.

Since its inception on May 1, 2002, “Si Yao Ren” has now reached its 17th anniversary. Over these seventeen years, the publication has steadfastly upheld the guiding principle of “grounded in the enterprise, serving employees, oriented toward the market, and promoting corporate culture.” With the support and cooperation of our broad workforce and friends from all sectors of society, “Si Yao Ren” has continuously explored new avenues and advanced steadily—evolving from modest, limited content at its launch to today’s rich and diverse offerings; transforming from ordinary newsprint to full-color coated paper; and growing from a fledgling “child” into a confident “young adult.” Throughout these seventeen years, “Si Yao Ren” has undergone a gratifying transformation—from quantitative accumulation to qualitative leap—with each issue faithfully documenting the growth and development of the Four Pharmaceutical employees. For seventeen years, the publication has maintained a correct public-opinion orientation, stayed true to its original mission, kept its purpose firmly in mind, pressed forward with determination, consistently focused on the central tasks and served the overall interests, promptly and accurately conveyed the voice of the Party and the government, reported on the company’s production and business operations as well as its achievements, built vital links and bridges between the enterprise, its employees, and the wider community, and provided a platform for employees to showcase their talents. Over the past seventeen years, hundreds of articles from “Si Yao Ren” have been reprinted or published by national, provincial, and municipal media outlets; moreover, since its founding, the publication has been consecutively recognized as one of Hebei Province’s capital city’s “Top Ten” internal publications for many years running, earning high praise from both employees and industry experts.
