To further boost the high-quality development of the Shijiazhuang Economic and Technological Development Zone by enhancing its capabilities and driving a second wave of entrepreneurship, on November 22, Wang Jinshan, Secretary of the CPC Committee of Gaocheng District in Shijiazhuang City, led a special delegation to conduct an on-site inspection of the pharmaceutical industrial park project at Hebei Guolong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group. Wu Gaiqiu, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee of Gaocheng District, Secretary of the Party Working Committee of the Shijiazhuang Economic and Technological Development Zone, and Director of the Management Committee, along with other district leaders, also took part in the inspection.

At the construction site of the Guolong Pharmaceutical project, workers on all work fronts are engaged in intensive construction. Shi Jianhui, Secretary of the Party Committee of Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group, briefed Wang Jinshan and his delegation on the overall progress of the project. Wang Jinshan noted that each visit to the Guolong Pharmaceutical construction site reveals new developments and a fresh momentum, and he commended Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group for effectively implementing the “projects first” principle and advancing project construction in an efficient and safe manner.

At the subsequent meeting on advancing the empowerment and quality enhancement of high-quality development in the Shijiazhuang Economic Development Zone, Wang Jinshan emphasized that the Zone’s second entrepreneurial journey represents a strategic initiative for the entire district and is of paramount importance to the overall picture. The Economic Development Zone is the primary platform, main battlefield, principal force, and key engine of Gaocheng’s development; it is imperative to strengthen the understanding that developing the Zone means developing Gaocheng—that when the Zone thrives, Gaocheng thrives. The momentum of the Zone’s development determines the pace of Gaocheng’s development; the intensity of the Zone’s development determines the extent of Gaocheng’s progress; and the Zone’s vision and ambition determine the height to which Gaocheng can rise.

Wang Jinshan urged that all efforts, resources, and policies be concentrated and integrated to support the development of the Economic Development Zone. It is essential to strengthen forward-looking thinking, systematic planning, strategic positioning, and holistic advancement, while engaging in self-reform and internal streamlining. We must accelerate leapfrog development, swiftly establish a development pattern characterized by rational spatial layout, clustered industrial growth, intensive resource utilization, distinctive competitive advantages, and robust growth momentum. Through hard work, swift action, and relentless effort, we will fully ignite entrepreneurial enthusiasm, build a development zone that leads the province and ranks among the best nationwide, and ensure that it remains at the forefront of the province in multiple areas, serving as a true trailblazer.

Wang Jinshan emphasized the need to put projects first and create a world-class business environment. It is essential to adopt a “customer-centric” mindset, engage more deeply with enterprises, listen carefully to their needs, and fully embody the roles of “attentive concierge” and “service-oriented facilitator.” By delivering warm, professional, and highly efficient services, we can truly promote the vision that investing in Gaocheng guarantees success in every endeavor.
