Recently, the Office of the Hebei Provincial Health Commission released the 2021 list of “Occupational Health Enterprises” in Hebei Province. Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was recognized as a provincial-level occupational health enterprise.
For many years, Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical has prioritized occupational health management in all its operations, systematically advancing initiatives such as occupational health education and training and the development of emergency response plans for occupational disease hazards, thereby continuously enhancing the company’s capacity for the prevention and control of occupational diseases. The company has revised and refined responsibility systems for occupational disease prevention and control at all levels, as well as occupational health management procedures, establishing a standardized, regulated, and institutionalized occupational health management framework. At the same time, it has continually upgraded occupational disease protection facilities, phased out equipment that generates excessive noise and poses significant safety risks, and introduced state-of-the-art instruments and equipment from around the world, creating a better and more comfortable working environment for employees.
