On the afternoon of April 20, Liu Hao, a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Taizhou Municipal Committee and Executive Vice Mayor, led officials from the Municipal Development and Reform Commission and the Municipal Department for the Development and Service of Major Projects on a field visit to Xinghua City, including Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group’s Jiangsu Bosheng Medical New Materials Co., Ltd. and other enterprises, to conduct on-site research as part of the initiative to deepen the “Delivering Services and Solving Difficulties” campaign for major project construction.
On the afternoon of April 20, Liu Hao, a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Taizhou Municipal Committee and Executive Vice Mayor of Taizhou, led officials from the Municipal Development and Reform Commission and the Municipal Department for the Development and Service of Major Projects on a field visit to Xinghua City, including Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group’s Jiangsu Bosheng Medical New Materials Co., Ltd. and other enterprises, to conduct an in-depth survey as part of the “Delivering Services and Solving Difficulties” campaign for major project construction. Zhang Lüyi, Zhang Guozhen, and Li Ligong, senior executives of Bosheng Company, accompanied the delegation during the visit.
Liu Hao and his delegation conducted an on-site inspection of the construction project for the multi-layer co-extruded biofilm production facility at the Group’s Jiangsu Bosheng Company. They held detailed discussions with the company’s management about the project’s progress and the enterprise’s development, commended Bosheng’s innovative approach in driving the company toward the high-end of the industry, and encouraged the company to strive to establish a new benchmark for high-quality development in the medical packaging materials sector. The delegation also carefully inquired about the practical challenges encountered during project construction and attentively listened to the company’s development aspirations as well as its suggestions and recommendations.
At the subsequent symposium, Liu Hao addressed, one by one, the issues that require coordination and resolution at the municipal level during the project’s advancement.
Liu Hao emphasized that projects are of paramount importance. In the face of the immense pressure posed by current epidemic prevention and control efforts, we must steadfastly uphold the principle of “projects first, industry as the foundation,” spare no effort in attracting investment, and make project construction our top priority. We should target manufacturing-intensive regions such as Zhejiang, Shanghai, Dongguan, and the Suzhou–Wuxi–Changzhou area to attract investment, thereby creating a “cluster effect” in which attracting one enterprise draws in a whole cluster of related businesses. As for the challenges encountered during project construction and policy-related bottlenecks—such as changes in policies on land-use indicators and other development-related measures—the Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government will take the lead in convening joint consultations and coordination, providing responses and concrete outcomes within one week, and making every possible effort to provide comprehensive support for the construction of major projects.
Jiangsu Bosheng Medical New Materials Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group. It is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D, production, and sales of medical packaging materials, having participated in the development of multiple industry standards.
