Meng Qingkui, Chairman of Youyi Chemical; Zhu Shujie, Vice Chairman; Wang Zhonghui, General Manager; Li Guoqiang, Deputy General Manager; and other company leaders accompanied the inspection.
At Youyi Chemical, Yin Weijiang conducted a detailed review of the company’s economic performance and the implementation of its principal responsibility for work safety since its merger with Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group earlier this year. He exchanged views with the company’s leadership on initiatives such as technological innovation and market expansion, commended the company for the achievements it has made in pursuing development through innovation and ensuring safety, and put forward specific requirements to address the challenges the company faces in its development.
Yin Weijiang urged enterprises to accurately seize market opportunities, maintain strong confidence, capitalize on the momentum, intensify technological upgrading, and continuously enhance their economic performance and market competitiveness. He also emphasized the need to sustain and strengthen innovation in science and technology, further cultivate endogenous driving forces and core competencies, and further expand, fortify, and optimize their flagship products.
Yin Weijiang emphasized the need to rigorously fulfill enterprises’ principal responsibilities, steadfastly uphold the red lines and bottom lines for safety and environmental protection, and consistently prioritize workplace safety and environmental protection. It is essential to strengthen safety awareness-raising, education, and training, enhance the safety management capabilities of regulatory personnel and enterprise staff, and effectively solidify the foundation for enterprise development.
Yin Weijiang urged the Lingang Development Zone to remain problem-, goal-, and results-oriented, strengthen its commitment to proactive service and targeted assistance, rigorously implement all central, provincial, and municipal policies designed to support and benefit enterprises, and make every possible effort to create better and more favorable conditions for business development, thereby using pragmatic measures to help enterprises maintain stable production and achieve full capacity.
