Recently, the National Intellectual Property Administration announced the results of the 2022 evaluation for National Intellectual Property Demonstration Enterprises and Advantage Enterprises, with Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. being recognized as a National Intellectual Property Demonstration Enterprise.

Cultivating nationally recognized intellectual property–advantaged and demonstration enterprises is a crucial pathway for developing leading firms that possess independent IP rights and enjoy international competitive advantages. In recent years, Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical has focused on building an innovation-driven enterprise by formulating and implementing an IP strategy and establishing a relatively comprehensive IP management system. At the same time, in alignment with the company’s key product and technology development initiatives, it has conducted thorough and in-depth analyses of patent information to further clarify innovation directions and priorities, thereby providing scientific guidance for technological innovation planning, patent portfolio development, and risk mitigation. This approach has effectively facilitated the creation of high-value patent portfolios, enhanced the company’s overall IP capabilities and core competitiveness, and safeguarded its legitimate IP rights and interests. Through the continuous enhancement of its capacity in IP creation, utilization, protection, and management, Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical was recognized as a “National Intellectual Property–Advantaged Enterprise” in December 2019, laying a solid foundation for subsequent recognition as a National Intellectual Property Demonstration Enterprise.

According to available information, Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical currently holds 212 valid patents and 283 trademarks, including 95 domestic invention patents and 6 international invention patents. The company has filed a total of 347 patent applications, of which 192 are invention patents and 16 are international invention patent applications. Over the past three years, the annual growth rate for invention patent applications has been 327%, while the annual growth rate for granted invention patents has been 275%.
