At the signing ceremony, Sun Liangdan, Vice President of North China University of Science and Technology, stated that the university will give priority to serving enterprises in areas such as talent training, commissioned education, curriculum development and advanced studies, consulting services, and information exchange, with a particular focus on ensuring a steady supply of skilled personnel. Guided by the principles of mutual benefit, complementary strengths, and common development, the university will not only strengthen internship and practical training programs for its students but also continuously advance comprehensive cooperation among education, industry, academia, research, and application, striving to build a high-caliber workforce that is well-suited to the needs of industrial development.
Su Xuejun, Chairman of the Group, stated that the enterprise’s innovative and high-quality development is inseparable from talent and intellectual support. The signing of this strategic university–enterprise cooperation agreement between the Group and North China University of Science and Technology marks a new step forward in the Group’s efforts to cultivate and attract high-caliber talent, as well as a significant achievement in advancing the deep integration and development of academia and industry. This collaboration will undoubtedly exert a positive driving force and serve as a model for the Group’s current and future innovation and development.
Prior to the signing ceremony, Sun Liangdan, Vice President of North China University of Science and Technology, and his delegation visited the Group’s High-tech Zone plant and R&D center.
