To accelerate the commercialization and implementation of high-tech achievements, promote the rapid development of high-tech industries, achieve breakthroughs in the next-generation electronic information and biopharmaceutical sectors, and foster five industrial clusters each with an output value of over RMB 100 billion, the Shijiazhuang Municipal Government, in accordance with the “Reward Measures for the Implementation of High-Tech Achievements in Shijiazhuang,” has decided to award units that have made outstanding contributions to the construction of high-tech industrialization projects and the commercialization of high-tech achievements in 2022. Specifically, two projects—the industrialization of blood filtration and replacement base solution by Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., and the industrialization of GaN-based base station power amplifiers for 5G communications by Hebei Bowei Integrated Circuit Co., Ltd.—have been awarded third-place prizes under this initiative.
In accordance with relevant regulations, the Innovation Award is conferred upon holders of high-tech achievements and investors in projects that commercialize such achievements, provided that the commercialization projects are implemented within the administrative boundaries of Shijiazhuang City. The award comprises four tiers: Special Prize, First Prize, Second Prize, and Third Prize, with annual reviews. The Special Prize carries a prize of RMB 5 million; eligible applications must demonstrate technological levels that are internationally advanced or higher and involve project investments of no less than RMB 500 million. The First Prize is awarded RMB 3 million, the Second Prize RMB 1 million, and the Third Prize RMB 500,000.
