【SUMMARY】 On the morning of April 29, the Hebei Province Commendation Conference for Model Workers, Advanced Workers, and Advanced Collectives was held in Shijiazhuang. Su Xuejun, the company’s general manager, was honored with the title of Hebei Provincial Model Worker and was warmly received by provincial leaders.

On the morning of April 29, the Hebei Province Commendation Conference for Model Workers, Advanced Workers, and Advanced Collectives was held in Shijiazhuang. Su Xuejun, the company’s general manager, was honored with the title of Hebei Provincial Model Worker and was warmly received by provincial leaders.

Su Xuejun, currently the company’s General Manager, has been awarded the Hebei Province May Day Labor Medal. In recent years, under the leadership of the Board of Directors, Mr. Su has steered the enterprise along a path of innovative and green development. Leveraging his exceptional skills in production and operations management, he has united and led the workforce to transform the company into a publicly listed pharmaceutical firm with strong domestic competitiveness and a major national hub for the production, R&D, and export of large-volume parenteral solutions. He has vigorously pursued a strategy of differentiated operations, leveraging diversified business models to break free from low-end market competition and establish a foothold in the mid-to-high-end segment. The company’s products are now distributed nationwide and exported to 70 countries and regions, placing it among China’s top 100 pharmaceutical enterprises and the top 10 exporters of chemical pharmaceutical preparations. Moreover, with a strategic vision, he has established a National Enterprise Technology Center, a National–Local Joint Laboratory, an Academician Workstation, a Postdoctoral Research Station, and a Nobel Prize Workstation, continuously strengthening the company’s core competitive edge. Over the past five years, the company has cumulatively paid more than RMB 1 billion in taxes, ranking among the leading pharmaceutical manufacturers in the province; it has created over 2,000 jobs; and has successfully ascended to the ranks of China’s Top 100 Pharmaceutical Enterprises and the province’s flagship pharmaceutical manufacturer. The company has also been recognized as a High-Tech Enterprise and recipient of the Provincial Quality Award, marking its entry onto a new trajectory of high-quality development.

At the commendation conference, Wang Dongfeng, on behalf of the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People’s Congress, the Provincial People’s Government, and the Provincial Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, extended festive greetings to the broad ranks of workers across the province and extended warm congratulations and high respect to the model workers, advanced workers, and advanced collectives being commended.

Wang Dongfeng pointed out that since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, under the strong leadership of the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core, Hebei has achieved remarkable results in all areas of reform, development, and stability. Solid strides have been made in comprehensively building a strong economic province and a beautiful Hebei in the new era—results that are attributable to the firm leadership of the Party Central Committee and to the concerted efforts of the broad ranks of Party members, cadres, and the general public. In particular, model workers, advanced collectives, and outstanding individuals have worked tirelessly and made significant contributions to the cause of building a strong economic province and a beautiful Hebei. It is hoped that model workers and outstanding individuals across the province will cherish their honors, continue to strive for excellence, perform their duties diligently, and achieve even greater successes. All levels throughout the province should learn from model workers and exemplary figures, engage in healthy competition and emulation, courageously strive to be first, and compose a new-era anthem of laborers.

Wang Dongfeng emphasized the need to uphold the correct political direction and maintain high-level consistency with the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core. We must consciously practice the “Four Consciousnesses,” unswervingly strengthen the “Four Confidences,” resolutely safeguard the “Two Upholds,” and continuously generate a vigorous upsurge in studying and implementing Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era. We must make solid efforts to thoroughly understand, master, and apply this thought in concrete terms, achieve tangible results, and steadfastly serve as the capital’s political “moat,” tirelessly striving to realize the Chinese Dream of national rejuvenation.

Xu Qin stated that he hopes workers across all sectors of the province will steadfastly uphold their political stance, firmly establish the “Four Consciousnesses,” and resolutely safeguard the “Two Upholds”; thoroughly study, understand, and implement Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era; unswervingly heed the Party’s words and follow its lead, thereby forever preserving the political character of the working class; strengthen their sense of responsibility and commitment, enthusiastically engage in the vigorous practice of implementing major national strategies and building Hebei into a strong economic province and a beautiful region, leveraging their professional expertise and contributing their wisdom and strength; promote a new ethos of integrity and uprightness, set positive social trends, consciously embody socialist core values, learn from role models, and champion practical action, thus injecting new momentum and positive energy into high-quality development in the new era; and intensify learning and practical application to hone solid skills, becoming knowledge-based, skill-oriented, and innovation-driven workers who realize their value and showcase their excellence through innovation, entrepreneurship, and creation, thereby presenting outstanding achievements as a gift to mark the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China!
