It is reported that entities recognized as “Model Units for Harmonious Labor Relations in Shijiazhuang City” will, during the validity period of their designation, not only be eligible for incentive policies related to employment and workforce management, work-related injury compensation, and performance appraisal and recognition, but also have “Model Unit for Harmonious Labor Relations” designated as a key reference criterion when nominating candidates for Party congress delegates, People’s Congress deputies, CPPCC members at all levels, and for enterprise and business leader awards and honors.
