Recently, with the joint support of the Hebei Provincial Development and Reform Commission, the Provincial Department of Science and Technology, the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, and the Provincial Administration for Market Regulation, the Hebei High-Tech Industry Association released the 2023 List of the Top 100 Innovative Enterprises in Hebei’s Strategic Emerging Industries. Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was successfully selected, ranking 28th on the list.
Recently, with the joint support of the Hebei Provincial Development and Reform Commission, the Provincial Department of Science and Technology, the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, and the Provincial Administration for Market Regulation, the Hebei High-Tech Industry Association released the 2023 List of the Top 100 Innovative Enterprises in Hebei’s Strategic Emerging Industries. Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was successfully selected, ranking 28th on the list.
According to reports, this selection process involved weighted ranking based on indicators such as a company’s 2022 operating revenue, the number of patents granted, and the number of invention patents granted, with the final list determined after soliciting opinions from relevant supporting agencies.
In 2023, the Top 100 Innovative Enterprises in Hebei Province’s Strategic Emerging Industries are all leading and backbone enterprises in the province’s strategic emerging industry sectors. Geographically, these enterprises are distributed across all 11 prefecture-level cities in the province, with Shijiazhuang, Tangshan, and Baoding accounting for the largest shares, with 24, 15, and 14 enterprises, respectively. In terms of sectoral distribution, the list covers key areas of strategic emerging industries, including new materials, new energy and smart grid equipment, high-end equipment manufacturing, biopharmaceuticals and health, new-energy vehicles, next-generation information technology, and energy conservation and environmental protection. Among these, new materials, new energy, and high-end equipment manufacturing rank highest in terms of the number of enterprises included, with 20, 20, and 17 enterprises, respectively. With regard to innovation capacity, the average number of authorized patents per enterprise among the Top 100 is 54.7, of which the average for invention patents is 15.4.
