The well-being of frontline workers has remained a constant concern for the leadership of Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group. To ensure effective cold-weather protection and warmth for these employees, on December 23, the Group’s trade union took proactive measures by launching a winter “Warmth Delivery” outreach initiative, bringing words of encouragement and care as well as comfort gifts to workers on the production front lines.

In recent days, a cold wave has swept through the region, causing a sharp drop in temperatures. The well-being of frontline workers has remained a constant concern for the leadership of Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group. To ensure effective cold-weather protection and warmth for these employees, on December 23, the Group’s trade union took proactive measures by launching a winter “Warmth Delivery” outreach initiative, bringing words of encouragement and care—as well as thoughtful gifts—to workers tirelessly toiling on the production front lines.

“Thank you all for your hard work! With the cold weather upon us, it’s crucial that you take proper precautions to stay warm and protected.” Shi Jianhui, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Group, and Huang Xiaofeng, Chairman of the Trade Union, led representatives from the Party and Mass Work Department and the Trade Union—known as the “family” within the organization—to visit outdoor work stations in storage and transportation, security, production, and other areas, bringing with them gloves, cotton overcoats, ear muffs, milk, and convenient food items as tokens of care and support. At each location, they emphasized the importance of staying warm and ensuring workplace safety, while also warmly encouraging everyone to maintain a proactive and energetic work ethic, stay committed to their respective duties, and make every possible effort to achieve the year’s performance targets.
