Attending the ceremony were Cai Hong, Executive President of the China Pharmaceutical Packaging Association; Yin Jun, Deputy Secretary of the Xinghua Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Xinghua; Yao Qunyin, Member of the Standing Committee of the Xinghua Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the Party Working Committee of the High-tech Industrial Development Zone; Group leaders Wu Hengyao, Shi Jianhui, and Meng Guo; as well as Bosheng Medical Devices leaders Zhang Guozhen and Liu Yang. The ceremony was presided over by Li Ligong, General Manager of Bosheng Medical Devices.

Attending the ceremony were Cai Hong, Executive President of the China Pharmaceutical Packaging Association; Yin Jun, Deputy Secretary of the Xinghua Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Xinghua; Yao Qunyin, Member of the Standing Committee of the Xinghua Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the Party Working Committee of the High-tech Industrial Development Zone; Group leaders Wu Hengyao, Shi Jianhui, and Meng Guo; as well as Bosheng Medical Devices leaders Zhang Guozhen and Liu Yang. Zhang Guozhen, Chairman of Bosun Medical Devices, delivered an enthusiastic address, extending a warm welcome to leaders and guests at all levels who attended the ceremony. Zhang stated that the establishment of the Pharmaceutical Packaging Materials Research Institute represents a crucial step for Bosun Medical Devices in accelerating its transformation, upgrading, and pursuit of high-quality, innovative development—a milestone event of great significance. Guided by both domestic and international market demands as well as capital market needs, Bosun Medical Devices will focus on a new-product development strategy centered on “expanding product variety, elevating technological capabilities, and enhancing quality and efficiency.” The company will vigorously conduct fundamental, innovative, and forward-looking research on rubber stoppers, co-extruded films, and cutting-edge medical packaging materials, thereby advancing new-product R&D and technological upgrades, speeding up the realization of high-level scientific and technological self-reliance and strength, and continuously empowering the company’s innovation, green practices, and high-quality development.
Wu Hengyao, President of the Group, on behalf of Qu Jiguang, Chairman of the Board of Shisi Pharmaceutical Group, and the Group itself, extended a warm welcome to leaders at all levels, experts, and business partners who were invited to attend the inauguration ceremony of the Bosheng Medical Devices and Pharmaceutical Packaging Materials Research Institute, and conveyed his congratulations on the establishment of the Institute. Yao Qunyin, a member of the Standing Committee of the Xinghua Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the Party Working Committee of the High-tech Industrial Development Zone, extended congratulations on behalf of the Xinghua Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government on the establishment of the Bosheng Medical Materials and Pharmaceutical Packaging Research Institute. To the sound of cheerful music, Yin Jun and Wu Hengyao jointly unveiled the plaque for the Bosheng Medical Devices and Pharmaceutical Packaging Research Institute.
Cai Hong, Executive President of the China Pharmaceutical Packaging Association, extended his congratulations on the unveiling and establishment of the Bosheng Medical Materials and Pharmaceutical Packaging Research Institute, and delivered an industry outlook report based on the current state of development in the pharmaceutical packaging materials sector and the Association’s ongoing work. Cai Hong emphasized that, with a focus on emerging packaging systems and drug-delivery devices, novel administration routes and delivery technologies, and the overarching trends of green and low-carbon development, the Association will continue to systematically assess the current status of the industry chain, conduct risk analyses, and prioritize enhancing the resilience and safety of the supply chain. To this end, the Association will actively promote the establishment of a green and low-carbon standards framework and the certification of green products, strengthen research on appropriate packaging for pharmaceuticals and treatment-course-specific packaging, advance innovative research on packaging systems for different dosage forms, and take an active role in the formulation and revision of pharmaceutical packaging material standards by the National Pharmacopoeia Commission. At the same time, the Association will deepen economic studies on pharmaceutical packaging, proactively engage in international standardization efforts, and provide support for pharmaceutical packaging companies seeking to expand globally and achieve high-quality development. Cai Hong noted that Bosheng Medical Materials is a leading enterprise in China’s pharmaceutical packaging materials sector, holding a pioneering position in butyl rubber stoppers, multilayer co-extruded infusion films, and biomaterial films. The Association will maintain close collaboration with Bosheng Medical Materials and other enterprises and research institutions to make even greater contributions to the leapfrog development of the pharmaceutical packaging materials industry.
Zhang Enbo, Chief Engineer of Bosheng Medical Devices, and Tian Renhe, Director of Technology, presented Bosheng’s latest technologies and new products to the guests, providing a detailed overview of the significant achievements the company has attained in recent years through R&D-driven innovation and high-quality development.
