As the Spring Festival approaches, Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group has launched a “Warmth Delivery” visit-and-encouragement campaign to extend festive greetings and support to its employees. Leaders from the Group’s Party Committee and Trade Union have each led teams to pay visits to retired senior staff and employees facing financial hardship, bringing them heartfelt New Year wishes.
On the occasion of the upcoming Spring Festival, Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group launched a “Warmth Delivery” visit-and-care initiative. Leaders from the Group’s Party Committee and Trade Union each headed teams to extend heartfelt New Year greetings and condolences to retired senior employees and employees facing financial hardship, bringing them warm wishes for the festive season.
To express respect and care for the retired senior comrades of the Group, on the eve of the Spring Festival, leaders of the Group’s Party Committee, accompanied by staff from the Party and Mass Work Department and the Trade Union, visited the homes of retired seniors to offer warm greetings, inquire about their health and living conditions, present condolence payments, and extend New Year wishes.

Leaders of the Group Trade Union visited the homes of employees facing hardship due to family emergencies, carefully inquiring about their current living conditions and presenting them with monetary condolences and gift packages, along with the company’s New Year greetings.
