Recently, the Hebei Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security announced the first batch of pilot enterprises for vocational skills level certification, and our company was successfully selected as one of the inaugural pilot enterprises to carry out this initiative in Hebei Province.
Recently, the Hebei Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security announced the first batch of pilot enterprises for vocational skills level certification. Our company was successfully selected as one of the initial pilot enterprises to carry out this initiative in Hebei Province and has been granted certification authority for four occupational categories: pharmaceutical preparer, equipment inspector, water production and treatment operator, and organic synthesis technician. The skill levels for these occupations are divided into three tiers: junior, intermediate, and senior.
In accordance with the requirements of the “Notice from the General Office of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security on Launching the Pilot Program for Vocational Skill Level Certification,” the expert review panel conducted a comprehensive assessment through document review, technical spot checks, and on-site inspections of the company’s pilot work plan for vocational skill level certification, the proposed list of occupations (trades) to be included in the pilot program, the development of occupational standards, and information technology infrastructure. The panel unanimously concluded that the company has established a well-structured system for conducting vocational skill level certification, with standardized operating mechanisms, robust supporting policies and regulations, clearly defined procedures, and adequate hardware and software resources, thereby meeting all the necessary conditions and demonstrating the requisite capabilities to carry out the pilot program.
