Leaders of the Hebei Provincial Federation of Trade Unions Conduct a Research Visit to Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group on the Establishment of Employee Innovation Studios

On April 12, Wang Jiangang and Hao Xiangfeng, Vice Chairpersons of the Hebei Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, led a delegation to Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group to conduct a field study on the establishment of employee innovation studios. Zhang Baoshan, a member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Chairman of the Shijiazhuang Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, and Xu Tongshun, Chairman of the Shijiazhuang High-tech Industrial Development Zone Federation of Trade Unions, accompanied the delegation during the visit.

Wang Jiangang and Hao Xiangfeng, vice chairpersons of the Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, along with their delegation, visited the Group’s exhibition hall, the Water Injection Workshop’s Wang Chao Innovation Studio, and the R&D Center’s Wei Saili Innovation Studio. They carefully reviewed the operation of the Group’s employee innovation studios and expressed full recognition of the achievements these studios have attained.
During the research visit, Shi Jianhui, Secretary of the Group Party Committee, and Huang Xiaofeng, Chairman of the Trade Union, briefed leaders of the provincial and municipal federations of trade unions on the key practices and achievements in leveraging the platform of innovation studios to effectively promote employee innovation and value creation, build a contingent of skilled personnel, and support the enterprise’s high-quality, innovative development. The provincial federation leaders emphasized that innovation is the primary driving force behind enterprise development and stressed the need to fully harness the exemplary and leading role of employee innovation studios—these mass-based, innovation-oriented organizations—to continuously enhance employees’ awareness of independent innovation and their technical and professional competencies, thereby contributing to the promotion of high-quality, efficient, and value-adding enterprise development and to the aggregation of talent and the integration of wisdom.
According to reports, since the establishment of its first employee innovation studio, the group has witnessed a surge in employees’ enthusiasm for innovation, with numerous innovative achievements being widely applied in production practices. To date, more than 1,000 innovations have been developed, 39 of which have been granted national patents, yielding impressive social and economic benefits. A representative of the group’s trade union stated that, moving forward, the organization will align its efforts with the new circumstances, tasks, and requirements of the group’s high-quality development, further deepening and expanding the construction of employee innovation studios. Focusing on the key bottlenecks and challenges hindering the company’s production and operations, the union will launch in-depth technological problem-solving initiatives, ensuring that more innovative and value-creating outcomes are put into practice as part of the enterprise’s pursuit of Chinese-style modernization, thereby accelerating the company’s journey toward high-quality development.
