Recently, the Jiangsu Provincial Trademark Association published a public notice regarding the proposed designation of “Highly Recognized Trademarks of Jiangsu Province” for 2024. The registered (figurative) trademark of Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group Jiangsu Bosheng Medical New Materials Co., Ltd., used for butyl rubber stoppers (as shown below), has been recognized as a Highly Recognized Trademark of Jiangsu Province, marking another significant achievement in Bosheng Medical’s brand-building efforts within the pharmaceutical packaging materials sector.

It is reported that on May 10 this year, coinciding with the eighth China Brand Day, the Jiangsu Provincial Trademark Association launched the application process for the 2024 Jiangsu Provincial Highly Recognized Trademark List and the Jiangsu Provincial Key Trademark Protection List. Through the identification, use, management, and promotion of highly recognized trademarks, the initiative aims to encourage and guide more enterprises to strive for the designation of Jiangsu’s highly recognized trademarks, thereby further enhancing the Jiangsu brand effect and supporting the province’s efforts to become a leading brand powerhouse. In accordance with the “Jiangsu Provincial Regulations on the Identification and Management of Highly Recognized Trademarks,” following enterprise applications and expert reviews, and after deliberation by the Jiangsu Provincial Trademark Association and the Jiangsu Provincial Highly Recognized Trademark Review Committee, a total of 70 trademarks were ultimately recognized as Jiangsu Provincial Highly Recognized Trademarks.
