Recently, the Hebei Provincial Fire and Rescue Corps organized a two-day on-site conference in Shijiazhuang for fire prevention officers from across the province, featuring hands-on training and observational learning with on-the-job mentoring. Six organizations were selected to host the event, one of which was the company’s high-tech zone plant.
Recently, the Hebei Provincial Fire and Rescue Corps organized a two-day on-site conference in Shijiazhuang for fire prevention officers from across the province, featuring hands-on training and observational learning with experienced personnel. Six organizations were selected to host the event, one of which was the company’s high-tech zone plant.
This initiative represents an innovative effort undertaken by the Provincial Fire and Rescue Corps in accordance with the requirements of the General Office of the State Council. By employing methods such as reviewing archives, conducting on-site questioning, remotely activating fire-fighting facilities, carrying out simulated drills, performing maintenance and upkeep operations, providing hands-on training, and enabling real-time data uploading, the initiative further enhances the “dual random inspection, one public disclosure” operational capabilities of fire and rescue personnel across the province and standardizes work procedures.
