Recently, the Eighth Members’ Conference of the China Pharmaceutical Employees’ Ideological and Political Work Research Association and the China Pharmaceutical Corporate Culture Construction Association was held in Shijiazhuang, bringing together nearly 200 representatives from pharmaceutical enterprises across the country. Song Mingxia, Chairperson of the company’s trade union, attended the conference at the invitation of the organizers.
Recently, the Eighth Members’ Conference of the China Pharmaceutical Employees’ Ideological and Political Work Research Association and the China Pharmaceutical Corporate Culture Construction Association was held in Shijiazhuang, bringing together nearly 200 representatives from pharmaceutical enterprises across the country. Song Mingxia, Chairperson of the company’s trade union, attended the conference by invitation.
At the exchange meeting, Song Mingxia, Chairperson of the company’s trade union, delivered a report on her experience entitled “Building a High-Quality Corporate Culture to Promote Harmonious and Healthy Enterprise Development.” Taking corporate culture building as the key leverage and high-quality enterprise development as the ultimate goal, she identified the points of convergence between Party building and enterprise development, thereby stimulating employee creativity, strengthening corporate cohesion, and providing a solid ideological and political foundation for achieving both rapid and sound enterprise growth. Song Mingxia stated that, moving forward, the union will continue to uphold the principle of “staying true to our original aspiration and keeping our mission firmly in mind,” fulfill the historical mission and responsibilities of pharmaceutical professionals, align its efforts with the actual needs of the company’s own development, deepen ideological and political work among employees, and better serve the enterprise’s drive toward high-quality development.
During the conference, delegates visited the company’s High-tech Zone facility, accompanied by company leaders Han Shuqin, Song Mingxia, and others.
