On the afternoon of January 24, a unique recognition ceremony for outstanding performers was held at the Quality Management Center of Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group—right at the employees’ workstations, in the Inspection Center laboratory of the Quality Management Center.
There are no stages or flowers here—only the unwavering sense of responsibility and confidence of frontline quality management and quality inspection personnel, who put hard work first, uphold rigorous efficiency, and steadfastly deliver quality. At their “workstations,” those “quality professionals” who demonstrated outstanding performance in 2024 and achieved excellent results in skill competitions at all levels were commended by the department and awarded such honors as Outstanding Quality Inspector, Outstanding Quality Management Expert, Outstanding Laboratory Skilled Personnel, Outstanding Laboratory Comprehensive Evaluation Recipient, Outstanding Newcomer, Advanced Worker, and Advanced Team.
In 2024, the Group’s Quality Management Center has taken “Year of Quality Enhancement” as an opportunity to vigorously foster a work environment and quality culture in which “everyone values quality, everyone cares about quality, and everyone rigorously safeguards quality.” The Center is deepening quality risk management and full-process pharmaceutical management, comprehensively elevating the level of quality risk control, steadfastly upholding the bottom line of quality and safety, and leveraging high-quality quality management to underpin the enterprise’s high-quality development.
The broad ranks of employees at the Group Quality Management Center have stated that, in the new year, they will earnestly implement the “Enhance Competence, Upgrade Skills, Prioritize Quality” initiative, continuously improve their testing expertise, and rigorously and meticulously manage key quality-related processes—including the development of standards, testing, process monitoring, and release—for raw and auxiliary materials, packaging materials, intermediate products, and finished goods. They will strictly control quality at every stage—upon receipt, during production, and prior to shipment—adhering to the “four strictest” requirements to strengthen daily quality oversight, consolidate the foundation for sustainable development, and leverage scientific, rigorous, robust, and efficient quality management and services to drive the enterprise’s healthy growth.
