On December 15, the 2017 Provincial Industrial Enterprise Quality and Brand Experience Exchange Conference was held in Shijiazhuang, hosted by the Hebei Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology and co-organized by the Provincial Brand Strategy Promotion Association, the Provincial Quality Association, and the Provincial Quality Culture Association. As a company selected as a 2017 Hebei Provincial Quality Benchmark Enterprise, our company was invited to attend the conference and take the stage to receive the award. During the session for sharing and exchanging best practices in quality management, the head of the company’s Quality Control Department shared insights on “Implementing Total Quality Management to Control Insoluble Particulates in Injectable Preparations” with the participating enterprises.
In recent years, the company has focused on controlling the critical quality attribute of “insoluble particulates” in its flagship product—large-volume injectables—by refining and deepening its precision-based production quality management practices, introducing and assimilating advanced manufacturing process and equipment technologies, and progressively developing and implementing an effective quality-control system for insoluble particulates in injectable formulations. As a result, the company now ranks among the leaders in the domestic industry in effectively controlling key quality indicators such as insoluble particulates in large-volume injectables.
