On April 15, the 29th Uzbekistan International Medical and Pharmaceutical Exhibition grandly opened in the capital city of Tashkent. Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group showcased a comprehensive portfolio of products—including injectables, oral formulations, and active pharmaceutical ingredients—as well as its latest innovations, highlighting its integrated “API-plus-formulation” development model and further strengthening its market presence in Central Asia and along the Belt and Road Initiative routes.
On April 15, the 29th Uzbekistan International Medical and Pharmaceutical Exhibition grandly opened in the capital, Tashkent. Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group showcased a comprehensive portfolio of products—including injectables, oral formulations, and active pharmaceutical ingredients—as well as its latest innovations, highlighting its integrated “API-plus-formulation” development model and further strengthening its market presence in Central Asia and along the Belt and Road Initiative routes.
Consistent with the established style of international trade shows, Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group has designed an open-style booth featuring a blue-and-white color scheme. The exhibit utilizes display panels and physical product displays to showcase the company’s comprehensive portfolio of finished dosage forms and active pharmaceutical ingredients. The finished dosage forms section highlights the strengths of more than 100 products, including soft-bag infusions, aqueous injectables, and oral solid dosage forms, while the API section primarily features traditional products such as caffeine, azithromycin, metronidazole, theophylline, aminophylline, and nifedipine, along with over 60 newly developed APIs.
On the morning of the exhibition’s opening day, the Group’s booth immediately drew more than 30 business representatives from Central Asia, Eastern Europe, and other regions, who stopped by to discuss potential collaborations. The Group’s international trade team engaged in intensive negotiations with international partners, including those from Uzbekistan, reaching several preliminary agreements on commercial cooperation in finished dosage forms and active pharmaceutical ingredients. The Group’s head of international trade stated: “Central Asia is a key growth hub for the pharmaceutical market under the Belt and Road Initiative. This participation in the exhibition not only provides an opportunity to deepen our existing partnerships but also marks a new starting point for exploring regional industrial synergy. We will fully leverage this platform to strengthen our business alignment with clients and lay the groundwork for subsequent market access.”
